Request Account Deletion
You have the right to permanently erase your ShimmerPool cloud account and all associated pool data at any time.
How deletion works
Cloud data is permanently erased
Your account profile, email address, session tokens, and all synced pool water chemistry logs and configurations are deleted permanently and irreversibly from our Supabase databases.
Local device data is unaffected
Data stored on your device (the offline SQLite database) is not touched by this request. To remove it, clear the app's cache in your device settings or uninstall ShimmerPool.
Processed within 48–72 hours
Web deletion requests submitted via this form are fully processed within 48–72 hours. You will receive a confirmation email once complete.
Fastest option: You can delete your account instantly inside the app — no waiting required.
Go to Settings → Preferences → Account → Delete Account.

Enter the email address associated with your ShimmerPool account. We will send a confirmation link and process your request within 48–72 hours.
Request received
We've sent a confirmation to your email address. Your account and cloud data will be permanently deleted within 48–72 hours.
